Ok. This post will probably not interest my family who only tune in to see pictures of my children. But... for the rest of you....
What type of reader to you use to read your favorite blogs? I used to wonder how people kept up with their favorite blogs. I like so many, but do not have the time to click on them all. Well... took me awhile... but I too have discovered a reader. Plain and simple... a reader lets you enter all of your blogs... then you just go to one spot and all of the new posts from all of your blogs show up in one spot... with one click!
Right now I am using Google Reader. I was wondering what the best was. What do you think? Thanks! I tried creating a poll. It should post by midnight or so. :) Please feel free to leave a comment after this post to explain what is the best feature of your reader. Thanks!!
Also, I am working on creating another blog. Actually, I already have it. I just am not ready to post it yet. My family likes to read this blog and see the children. But I know that they aren't interested in my ramblings. LOL! That is the good thing about blogs... you can ramble. :)
Society today enjoys reality TV. Well... blogs are a type of reality web... you get a peak into someone else's lives. Maybe make a friend or two along the way or learn something from people in similar situations.
If the poll doesn't show, please check back!
I have no idea how to fix this web page. I know that all of the posts have been changed to all capital letters with green words. I can't seem to fix it. I will have to get help after the holidays. Please enjoy this anyway. :) I have posted several things in the last few days, please scroll down to read more!
This is my friend and fellow teacher, Pat! She and I have taught 4th grade together since 1998. We have been on the same 4th grade team since 98, but her and I now share the same group of kid every year (for the past several years). We team teach. I teach math, science, and social studies. Pat teaches all of the language arts including reading, writing, spelling, and grammar. Her grand-daughter, Kayla, was not home when we got there. We only ended up getting one picture of the three of them together and it is kind of blurry. But of course, I am posting it anyway because that is the only recent one I have.
Pat and I are a few years apart in age. She was Daniel's 4th grade teacher! We never thought we would end up having play dates together, but we do! ...her with her grand-daughter and me with my little ones. Pat is just like family to us. Merry Christmas, Pat!
